The latest studies have shown how the boot camps are instigating our tech pipeline to draw more women into the workforce. Studies involve data that include 769 graduates out of over 40 coding schools that qualified.
Out of all graduates, about 66 percent found full-time jobs that highlighted their skills acquired through boot camps. Prior to joining a boot camp only a few of these women ever worked as a programmer.
Data retrieved from researches depicts some 36 percent of boot-campers as women employees. Out of all women employees, about 14.1 percent constitute individuals employed with the IT industry.
