More job-seekers are trying things over mobile devices

About 79 percent of job-seekers in US would rely on online resources when they need to switch jobs. Reports generated by a few Research Centers have shown this as a common practice among young Americans. When it comes to seeking quality job opportunities, some 66% of job-seekers have set their preference on friends over online portals, while around 63% have shared their willingness to depend on workplace connections.
Online resources are offering a stiff competition to professional job networks by providing the most relevant information to job-seekers. With each passing day, each job-seeker is getting online and a vast majority of them are using mobile devices instead of filling out paper application forms.
