You should be calm, genuine, and honest enough in answering. Always expect the unexpected. So, don’t only prepare yourself to reply with predecided answers. Instead, think, judge, and then answer.

Here are 10 situational questions that can help you with job interviews:

  • Narrate a situation where you faced difficulty in working with your colleague who wasn’t very responsive.
  • How would you deal with a client if he is impatient and tough?
  • How would you react if you are asked to do remote work or overtime?
  • If you face refusal in introducing a new idea for the benefit of the company, what will be your next step?
  • On what basis you will prioritize a project when you are handling multiple projects?
  • How would you motivate your co-workers to give their best to a project?
  • What skills do you have to impress a client during presentation?
  • If you are asked to take any major decision on a project all of a sudden, how would you handle that situation?
  • Suppose you left a project in middle in your previous company. Still why would we hire you?
  • If you find that a specific project demands more time to complete than the given time frame, would you then continue compromising quality or would you make any further attempt to let your superiors understand the real situation?
