Sometimes, IT professionals hesitate while taking important decisions because they fear what a wrong decision will lead to. Here are 10 steps that will guide an IT professional in his rational decision-making:

Go by the Facts: It is better to follow facts rather than going by intuition, and decision can only be taken based on the analysis. This type of decision-making requires detailed research and the best option should be chosen. IT organizations prefer rational decision-making as they can base their decision on fact-based analysis.
